The client wants to use large stone panels beneath the windows, combined with vertical column facing made of anodized extruded aluminum profiles with the same external appearance as before. The substructure must be designed to prevent thermal bridging. The load-bearing capacity of the substrate is rather low in places.
To cope with the high intrinsic weight and the weakness of the substrate in some areas, special Ecolite H brackets have been used. On the horizontal profiles, vertical omega profiles are mounted in the rear ventilation space, and horizontal suspension profiles for the stone panels are installed at the top and bottom. For the pillar facing, customized aluminum profiles were produced for installation in the entrance area, including on continuous walls, to give the same appearance.
Primary substructure constructed using Thermo H brackets and angle profile. Vertical omega profiles and the ProdEX system, separated for the stone panels as a secondary substructure. Innovative anodized aluminum profiles.
